The Stonehaven Barn is a beautiful and unique country-setting venue in De Soto, Iowa, and is the perfect, relaxing location for your next wedding & reception, company retreat or family reunion. This restored 1920’s barn has 3,000 plus square feet of floor space with a wet bar and loft space to accommodate a band and/or speaker. With 12 Smith & Hawken wood tables, there is dining or business meeting seating for 110. Additionally, inside the barn there are “his” and “hers” restrooms.
But it doesn’t stop there….
On the Stonehaven Barn Grounds, there is an outdoor kitchen area with two large gas grills, a wet bar and two buffet-like cement islands. There are also picnic tables scattered around the complex for additional outdoor seating. An adjacent courtyard-like area is perfect for additional seating or use with a 30 x 40 tent.

Next to the outdoor kitchen sits a large stone firepit, horseshoe pits, a fenced-in play area for children and last but not least, gravel parking for up to 60 vehicles.

- An off-duty police officer must be present if you have more than 50 people and/or alcohol
- Emerson House, on premises, is included in rental. The house sleeps six to eight people and may be used overnight.
